En esta hermosa oportunidad les compartiré a ustedes, todo mi entrenamiento del día de ayer en el parque, las ballenitas tenía tiempo sin hacer dinámicos y quise compartirles todo mi entrenamiento de ayer, práctica estáticos y haciendo combinaciones de dinámicos.

Mi resumen de todo mi día de entrenamiento del día viernes 10 de noviembre donde puede hacer diversas combinaciones de estáticos porque me he mentalizado mejor más en mías plancha y tener mayor resistencia a la hora de ejecutarlas cada movimiento, este día fue muy motivador por el hecho de que tenía como 2 semanas sin entrenar en el parque, las ballenitas y este día fue muy excepcional por el hecho de que hubo mucha motivación en el parque.
