    Saltos en Barra: Este movimiento nos permitirรก acostumbrarnos a la ejecuciรณn del Muscle up, acostumbrarnos al movimiento conyeva prรกctica y esfuerzo, podemos realizarlo en una barra pequeรฑa o en compaรฑรญa de alguien para el apoyo de la pierna y poder impulsarnos, cada vez que veamos un progreso reducir la fuerza de salto y bajar lentamente para ir ganando fuerza.-Bar Jumping: This movement will allow us to get used to the execution of the Muscle up, getting used to the movement involves practice and effort, we can perform it on a small bar or in the company of someone to support the leg and to propel us, every time we see a progress reduce the force of jump and slowly go down to gain strength.
