HiveOpenmic week 177 || "Thank you Lord" by the Easter brothers Cover by @mhizerbee

Hello there!!!
I welcome you all to HiveOpenmic week 177. I am @mhizerbee. I want to use this opportunity to thank @hiveopenmic for deeming me fit to be the spotlight artist for this week. It is a rare privilege and I do not take it for granted.

Words cannot express how happy I am for such opportunity like this pertaining to music to choose a theme. Coming up with a theme wasn't easy like I thought it will be but still, I was able to do so. On that premise, I choose the theme PRAISE for this week.

So far, the entries I have seen are lovely. Mine may not count like that of others but the good thing and what matters is that I have submitted my own entry.

Reason behind the theme
After thinking carefully on what to come up with, something said to me "Why not take out time to appreciate God?" Asides, from the purpose which God created me, one of the things I should not joke with is the act of appreciating (Praising) God

God's love and goodness towards me cannot be overemphasized. Sometimes, I find it hard to comprehend and fathom why God loves me this much.

For two years now, I asked God for something and he has done it for me. It actually came to pass two weeks ago after much frustration and unhappiness. My Joy and happiness knows no bound and I am eternally grateful to God for everything.

Interpretation of song choice
I tried counting the amount of money I have spent so far right from January till now but somehow I couldn't get the appropriate calculation. It is then that I realized that I am rich 😂

I tried counting God's blessings and I realized that it may take a year or more to finish counting. I may not have luxury of cars and all good things of life but I have God and that is why I am a product of his graciousness.

In summary, God is good to me, he is good to my family and he has been faithful and keeping to his promises that is why I'm thanking him for his blessings on me.

Before I forget, my birthday is in few days o 3rd of September to be precise. God has been faithful and I'll be plus one. In all, I thank God.
