      Hola comunidad de Full Deportes, nuevamente Zuni por aquí, quiero contarles que durante la semana, por tener poco tiempo entreno en casa, hago rutinas y últimamente lo estoy haciendo con mi hijo mayor Genaro, pero el fin de semana aprovecho que tengo libre y salgo a trotar unos kilómetros. La verdad, que quería realizar más, pero prefiero ir paso a paso y no lesionarme. Espero de todo corazón, que ustedes también se animen a trotar o caminar en todo caso.
