Día 60 del Reto de 366 Días de Burpees [Esp/Eng] 💚💚💚

      Hola chicos, Zuni nuevamente por aquí, trayendo los avances del reto anual, que, sinceramente, me tiene muy enfocada y comprometida. Debo reconocer, que cada día cuesta un poco más, pero estoy segura de que daré todo lo necesario para cumplirlo.

Hi guys, Zuni here again, bringing the progress of the annual challenge, which, honestly, has me very focused and committed. I must admit, that every day costs a little more, but I am sure that I will give everything necessary to accomplish it.

      En estos días, tuve unos dolores en la espalda, pero entiendo que es por la carga de entrenamientos que vengo realizando. Recuerden, que también quiero correr al maratón de Buenos Aires. Mi técnica es no darle importancia al dolor y seguir igualmente. No siempre me funciona, pero elijo seguir.

These days, I had some pains in my back, but I understand that it is due to the training load I have been doing. Remember, I also want to run the Buenos Aires marathon. My technique is not to give importance to the pain and go on anyway. It doesn't always work for me, but I choose to keep going.

      En el día 60, lo realicé con Marcelo, y nos dimos cuenta de que en equipo, es más llevadero, pero no siempre coincidimos. También quiero contarles, que me siento mucho más fuerte y siento que mi técnica ha mejorado; espero sus opiniones.

On day 60, I did it with Marcelo, and we realized that as a team, it is more bearable, but we do not always coincide. I also want to tell you that I feel much stronger and I feel that my technique has improved; I am waiting for your opinions.

      Mi hijo mayor, Genaro, también comenzó a realizarlo y sin que yo se lo diga y eso me llena de satisfacción. Realizar estos retos, realmente me encantan, pero lo que más disfruto, es que los chicos nos observen y nos copien en futuro. Invito a todos a ponerse en movimiento y como siempre decimos, disfrutando el día a día, como si fuera el último.

My eldest son, Genaro, also started to do it without me telling him and that fills me with satisfaction. I really love doing these challenges, but what I enjoy the most is that the kids watch us and copy us in the future.
