      Siempre intento que los entrenamientos sean divertidos. Es decir, no siempre lo mismo. Porque la verdad, a mí me aburren y más si voy sola. Por cierto, @palabras1, hace mucho que no me acompaña a trotar. La bicicleta nos ha separado en el deporte 😁.
Hoy, realice pocos kilómetros, pero con cuestas.

       I always try to make training fun. I mean, not always the same thing. Because the truth is, they bore me and even more so if I go alone. By the way, @palabras1, it's been a long time since you joined me for a jog. The bike has separated us in the sport.
Today, I do a few kilometers, but with slopes. 

      Como verán, siempre llevo una botellita de agua para hidratarme. Si bien, es importante tomar agua toda la semana, en los entrenamientos también en pequeñas dosis.

As you can see, I always carry a small bottle of water to hydrate myself. While it is important to drink water all week long, it is also important to drink water in small doses during training sessions.

      Hablar frente a cámara lo padezco, pero sé que debo seguir intentándolo, hasta que disfrute hacerlo.

      La semana que viene, si el tiempo me acompaña, haré algunas rutinas de ejercicios en casa, para contarles como lo hago y en que mejoro.
