Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes un día de entrenamiento con algunos de los muchachos más nuevos del parque.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, in this opportunity I will share with you a day of training with some of the newer guys in the park.

Cabe destacar que este día llovió y la verdad los muchachos y yo queríamos entrenar por eso fuimos al parque y entrenamos con el parque anegado, después escurrimos el agua para entrenar mejor.
It is worth mentioning that this day it rained and the truth is that the guys and I wanted to train so we went to the park and trained with the park flooded, then we drained the water to train better.
Este día me sentía cansado pero igual tenía ganas de entrenar porque estoy muy motivado y tengo la disciplina ante todas las cosas, para progresar y ser de los mejores atletas de street workout.
This day I felt tired but I still wanted to train because I am very motivated and I have the discipline to progress and be one of the best street workout athletes.
