Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi inicio de semana en los entrenamientos con un día de freestyle.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you my start of the week in training with a freestyle day.

El día viernes entrené muy fuerte como para descansar el fin de semana y volver al freestyle al iniciar la semana, en mi entrenamiento del día de hoy no me sentía al 100%, supongo que es por qué entrene casi dos semanas seguidas sin descansar.
The truth is that I didn't really want to train freestalking, I guess it was because my calluses were hurting, but I still wanted to practice things I want to polish to improve my fluency.
La verdad no tenía muchas ganas de freestalear me imagino que era porque me dolían los callos, pero igual quería practicar cosas que quiero pulir para mejorar la fluidez.

Mis compañeros de entrenamiento también fueron al parque, así que no entrene solo, ellos también estaban platicando sus cosas, aproveche y también les di unos consejos para los dinámicos.
My training partners also went to the park, so I didn't train alone, they were also talking about their things, I took advantage and also gave them some tips for the dynamics.
