Mejora tu parada de manos desde casa🔥
Saludos Hive y bienvenidos a "Street Workout Community". Soy Yeral Díaz, les comparto mi rutina casera, dónde enfocamos mucho los hombros y trapecio. les ayudará mucho en progreso para su parada de manos... Empecemos.
Consta de un circuito corto, pero trabajaremos bastante fuerte ya que realizamos la mayoría del ejercicio en parada de manos sin bajar. Ya por último trabajaremos unas flexiones pica pero también le meteremos algo di estático. Vamos con ello!

Recomiendo realizar este ejercicio unas 3 series ya que genera mucha tensión. Además debemos calentar muy bien antes de darle inicio, espero disfruten de las imágenes para su guía y apoyo.
