    Saludos a toda la blockchain de #hive y a mis colegas de #swc espero se encuentren todos muy bien. Bueno mi gente, segundo día de streetlifting, hoy volvimos a los entrenamientos de pierna lastrado y empezamos a intentar muscle ups con peso agregado. Tanto la sentadilla como el muscle up lastrado serán un reto, mi objetivo con estos dos elementos es poder llevarlos al máximo peso que me sea posible según mi peso actual.

    Tengo pensado poder realizar 1RM en sentadilla con +140kg y +20kg en muscle up, por ello debo comenzar a entrenar con la mitad de ese peso he ir escalando con una programación ondulante. Este tipo de programación es la mas usada por los atletas de streetlifting a nivel mundial. Ahora toca darle visibilidad aquí en Venezuela. Sigan viendo.

Well my people, second day of streetlifting, today we went back to ballasted leg workouts and started trying muscle ups with added weight. Both the squat and the weighted muscle up will be a challenge, my goal with these two items is to be able to take them to the maximum weight that is possible for me based on my current weight.

    I plan to be able to perform 1RM in squat with +140kg and +20kg in muscle up, so I should start training with half of that weight and scale with an undulating programming. This type of programming is the most used by streetlifting athletes worldwide. Now it's time to give it visibility here in Venezuela. Keep watching.

    Streetlifting


    El Streetlifting es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.


    Streetlifting is a branch of calisthenics. In this branch we will perform basic calisthenics exercises such as muscle ups, pull-ups, dips and squats but with added weight (ballast). In addition to that, the execution techniques are very different from those we commonly know, since when lifting weight we must use certain "aids" in the techniques. For these lifts we will use a special weight belt, these belts have a chain and two safety carabiners, or failing that a super strong neoprene tape and its safety carabiners.

    Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y la rutina también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
