    Hola que tal mi gente de #hive y #swc espero se encuentren muy bien. Vamos con el 2do día de empuje lastrado 4to de "STREETLIFTING". En el video comento que haría o grabaría 5 series pero debido a la lluvia solo pude grabar 4, solo agregar eso amigos y bueno, como ya saben esta rutina será nivel avanzado debido a que para poder realizar este tipo de entrenamientos con lastre (peso agregado) es necesario tener una buena base de fuerza en los músculos y tendones que se vean involucrados. Así que tomen sus precauciones a la hora de intentar este tipo de entrenamiento, si son principiantes pidan ayuda de alguien que tenga experiencia en la materia, ya que no solo es el peso agregado, también las técnicas de levantamiento son fundamentales conocerlas.

    En esta ocación realicé levantamientos con un peso que me permitiera hacer por lo menos unas cinco repeticiones por cinco series con descansos de dos minutos máximo. Ahora si mi gente, sin mas que agregar, los dejo con el contenido.

    Streetlifting


    El Streetlifting es una de las ramas del deporte, en este caso Calistenia. Se basa prácticamente en realizar ejercicios lastrados (peso agregado) como las dominadas, fondos en paralelas, flexiones y sentadillas.

    Actualmente en el mundo hay dos tipos de streetlifters, por un lado quienes realizan cierta cantidad de repeticiones con un mismo peso y por el otro tenemos quienes hacen el famoso 1RM es decir, una repetición con el máximo peso.

    Como tal, haciendo un buen análisis, esta rama no seria llamada como tal "street workout", ya que necesitaríamos ciertos materiales para poder llevarlo a cabo, los cuales solo encontraríamos en un gym.

    Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y la rutina también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
