Día #30 del Reto de 366 Días de Burpees [Esp/Eng] 💚💚💚

      Hola chicos, Zuni nuevamente por aquí, deseándole que hayan arrancado una semana maravillosa. En Argentina, para esta semana pronostican una ola de calor y ojalá no cause mayores daños. Llegamos al día #30 del reto y la verdad, cada día se está poniendo más lindo. Veremos hasta donde llegamos.

Hi guys, Zuni here again, wishing you a wonderful week. In Argentina, a heat wave is forecast for this week and hopefully it won't cause any major damage. We reached day #30 of the challenge and the truth is that it is getting nicer every day. We'll see how far we get.

     Esta vez, lo estoy haciendo de 10 en 10, es decir, hago 10 y descanso un ratito (30 segundos aproximadamente). De esa manera, siento que no se me eleva mucho el cardio y puedo mantener la técnica. Por otro lado, en la semana estuve con dolor de espalda y espero que no sea por los burpees. Yo especulo, que fue por el viaje que hicimos con la familia, donde tuvimos que llevar, muchas bolsas, mochilas y demás. Por suerte, ahorita, ya casi no lo siento.

This time, I'm doing it 10 at a time, that is, I do 10 and rest for a little while (30 seconds or so). That way, I feel that my cardio doesn't get too high and I can maintain my technique. On the other hand, during the week I had back pain and I hope it's not because of the burpees. I speculate that it was because of the trip we took with the family, where we had to carry a lot of bags, backpacks and so on. Fortunately, now, I almost don't feel it anymore.

      Invito a todos a realizar, actividad física, y mantenernos en movimiento y con buena energía. Deseo, que todos los que están haciendo el reto, vengan muy bien y que no se desanimen, que con constancia, lo vamos a lograr. Y si no lo logramos, por lo menos, lo intentamos.
