Día 80 del Reto de 366 Días de Burpees [Esp/Eng] 💚💚💚

      Hola chicos, espero estén todos muy bien. Por aquí, por fin mi editor @palabras1 😁, pudo realizar este video, que por cierto lo tuve que presionar, ya que no me queda espacio en el celular. Les cuento, que se me está complicando la cosa, ya que los dolores de espalda no se me van y cada día, son más burpees. Igual, todavía sigo en camino y veremos hasta donde llego.

Hi guys, I hope you are all very well. Here, finally my editor @palabras1, was able to make this video, which by the way I had to press, since I have no space left on my cell phone. I tell you that things are getting complicated for me, since my back pains are not going away and every day, there are more burpees. Anyway, I'm still on my way and we'll see how far I get.

      Mientras escribo este post, ya llevo dos días sin hacer nada, para ver si puedo recuperarme. El tema es el siguiente, cuando yo estoy haciendo los burpees no me duele mucho como para dejar, sino que el tema viene después. Tanto cuando viajo en el tren, como en el consultorio donde trabajo, el dolor esta siempre, como si fuese un dolor de muela.

As I am writing this post, I have been doing nothing for two days now, to see if I can recover. The issue is the following, when I am doing the burpees it doesn't hurt so much to stop, but the issue comes later. Both when I travel on the train and in the office where I work, the pain is always there, as if it were a toothache.

      Nunca pensé que llegaría hasta el día 80 y tengo unos días más grabados. Debo decir, que es un desafío muy lindo y cada día que lo haces, es muy empoderante. Es como que te eleva la autoestima y dices, pude y podré. Espero que así sea 😊.

I never thought I would make it to day 80 and I have a few more days recorded. I must say, it's a very nice challenge and every day you do it, it's very empowering. It kind of boosts your self-esteem and you say, I could and I will. I hope so.

      Pido disculpas, por no subir en video a tiempo, retenlo a Marcelo jeje (chiste). Seguiré realizándolo, hasta que mi cuerpo me lo permita, pero creo que ya a estas alturas, me encuentro más que satisfecha, por logros alcanzados.
