    • Cómo pudieron notar está es una rutina completamente sencilla para atletas principiantes que están enfocados en agarrar fuerza.
    • Lo primordial es comenzar con los ejercicios básicos que son pull ups y flexiones.
    • En este caso yo agregue flexiones de pino pero de eso no hay problema porque lo puedes hacer con ayuda o las puedes reemplazar por flexiones de pica.
    • Te recomiendo hacer estos ejercicios de 5-8 repetición por serie y unas 3-4 series estarían bien.
    Explanation:
    • As you may have noticed, this is a completely simple routine for beginner athletes who are focused on building strength.
    • The main thing is to start with the basic exercises which are pull ups and push ups.
    • In this case I added push ups but that's not a problem because you can do them with help or you can replace them with pike push ups.
    • I recommend doing these exercises with 5-8 reps per set and 3-4 sets would be fine.
