¡Saludos amigos y amigas de Hive! El 31 de octubre se celebra en muchos lugares del mundo las fiestas de Halloween, en el Parque de Tiquire Flores, Estado Aragua – Venezuela, no somos la excepción. En esta oportunidad quiero llevar a cabo una iniciativa titulada “Ejercicio o Truco” haciendo alusión a lo que suelen hacer los niños, adolescentes e incluso adultos al disfrazarse e ir de casa en casa tocando puertas y pidiendo dulces. En este caso, lo hemos adaptado al hábitat del deporte y el fitness, realizando una actividad con un concepto similar en el espacio del Parque Tiquire Flores. Acompáñanos en esta aventura y súmense a esta iniciativa. Este contenido audiovisual puede ser de motivación para aquellos nuevos practicantes de la Calistenia y el Street Workout que quieran adentrarse en este deporte. Mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina y este contenido es para todos.

Greetings friends of Hive! On October 31, Halloween is celebrated in many places around the world, in Tiquire Flores Park, Aragua State - Venezuela, we are no exception. This time I want to carry out an initiative entitled "Trick or Treat" alluding to what children, teenagers and even adults usually do when they dress up and go from house to house knocking on doors and asking for candy. In this case, we have adapted it to the habitat of sports and fitness, carrying out an activity with a similar concept in the space of Tiquire Flores Park. Join us in this adventure and join us in this initiative. This audiovisual content can be of motivation for those new practitioners of Calisthenics and Street Workout who want to get into this sport. La iniciativa consiste en llevar algún tipo de máscara o disfraz y elegir qué hacer, unos ejercicios de Calistenia, o trucos de Street Workout, ya sean en el suelo, en las barras paralelas o en la barra fija. De esta manera estaremos promoviendo a las personas y atletas, a la práctica del deporte y al ejercicio de una manera divertida y entretenida. En este caso, yo me he decidido por mi fuerte, los ejercicios de Calistenia en modo de circuito. Esta idea se me ocurrió en el transcurso del día, por lo que puede que no sea un material perfectamente elaborado, sin embargo, haré lo mejor para transmitir y difundir este mensaje tan importante a la población juvenil que se desarrolla en el entorno.

The initiative consists of wearing some kind of mask or costume and choose what to do, some Calisthenics exercises, or Street Workout tricks, either on the ground, on the parallel bars or on the fixed bar. In this way we will be promoting people and athletes to practice sports and exercise in a fun and entertaining way. In this case, I have decided for my forte, the Calisthenics exercises in circuit mode. This idea came to me in the course of the day, so it may not be a perfectly elaborated material, however, I will do my best to transmit and spread this important message to the youth population that develops in the environment.

Llegué al parque con una máscara, bajo el apodo de “El Recolector de Muscle Ups” ¡jajajaja! Con la temática de Halloween “Ejercicio o Truco” y con algunos de los chicos me apoyé para realizar este video, pues una maravillosa lluvia nocturna cayó durante la grabación, y tuvimos que improvisar un poco. La iniciativa como tal no tiene reglas, siempre y cuando sea al aire libre y el productor tenga algo representativo de la fecha festiva en el video (como una máscara, disfraz o la cara pintada, por ejemplo), el cual puede ser de 90 segundos o más. Pueden sentirse libres de hacer freestyle o una rutina, como les mencioné anteriormente, la idea es elegir una de las dos cosas, y si pueden invitar a más personas a sumarse a la actividad, es perfecto.

I arrived at the park with a mask, under the nickname "The Muscle Ups Collector" hahahaha! With the Halloween theme "Exercise or Trick" and with some of the guys I was supported to make this video, as a wonderful night rain fell during the recording, and we had to improvise a bit. The initiative as such has no rules, as long as it is outdoors and the producer has something representative of the holiday in the video (such as a mask, costume or face paint, for example), which can be 90 seconds or more. You can feel free to do a freestyle or a routine, as I mentioned before, the idea is to choose one of the two, and if you can invite more people to join the activity, it's perfect.
