Greetings dear friends of the Full Deportes community, this time I share with you a powerful routine for the quadriceps and femorals where we are going to perform a set of high impact set focused for the muscle to reach failure, with a simple plastic bottle filled with water, we will also perform other dynamics where I know you are going to enjoy a lot, let's get started.
Stand with feet hip-width apart and face forward. Arms stay at the sides of the body.
Take a big step forward with one leg, leaving the other foot back and fixed on the ground. Lower until the front knee is just above the ankle, at a 90-degree angle. The knees should always tend to pull outward, to avoid unconsciously bringing them inward and falling into a bad posture. Lower as far as you can and make sure that your upper body is firm and upright at all times. We will do 10 repetitions of 3 sets if it is too easy for you, do 12 repetitions of 4 sets and stay down for the last 2 minutes.
You stand straight upright with your feet in line with your shoulders, put your hands together in line with your chest, then lift your foot forward with a little pull as if you are giving a kick, you must give it straight to the chest, if you can not raise it as much as possible, gradually your body through this exercise will assimilate and have elasticity, plus a good resistance toning and growth of the muscular system (quadriceps, femur, buttocks) of this exercise you must do until the muscle burns about 12 repetitions of 3 sets.
You adapt to the upright position the legs should be shoulder width apart, release the arms to the sides this will give you stability when doing the exercise, we will give a little push forward with it, then we give the slow pull back with tension, look for the best balance you can (this exercise is perfect for the femoral and involves the glutes), we will do 12 repetitions of 3 sets if you find it very easy do 4 repetitions keep in mind that you must generate a tension, if you do not, you are doing the exercise wrong.
This last routine is not very common, but it is effective when it comes to training the lower body, as it gives you incredible staying power! This variation can be done in the community of our house we just have to get a bowl of water fill it to the top this will give a resistance and good handle when it comes to support us.
The first thing we must do is we put ourselves in a straight position with our arms lateral to our hips, we take the water bowl and we half step on it (do not lean on it, because you will be doing it wrong and you can fall just half stepping on it), then we take it forward as far as we can, you will notice that the support leg will have a high impact on the femoral and quadriceps, as well as in the leg that we will take forward will be working the gluteus indirectly and part of the abdomen, while you do the exercise can touch your abdomen to observe the tension, you should do 8 to 12 repetitions of 3 sets depending on the extent that have if you find it very difficult you can do 6 repetitions of 4 sets.
