Recientemente se publicó en la cuenta oficial de SWC, el anuncio de una competencia de calistenia que será realizada el 30 de marzo de 2024 en el municipio José Rafael Revenga, sector Tiquire Flores. Dicha competencia contará con dos categorías, con un límite de participantes de 20 atletas por cada categoría.

Recently it was published in the official account of SWC, the announcement of a calisthenics competition to be held on March 30, 2024 in the municipality José Rafael Revenga, Tiquire Flores sector. This competition will have two categories, with a limit of 20 athletes per category.

El propósito de este contenido que les quiero compartir en esta oportunidad, es para darles algunos consejos que puedan ayudar a todos aquellos atletas que quieran participar en el evento, con la finalidad de que cumplan con las especificaciones técnicas y criterios de evaluación que les permitan maximizar su participación durante el evento.

En este video les hablo acerca de algunos tips en el "muscle up", ejercicio que estará presente en la categoría avanzado, sin embargo el contenido de este video puede ser de ayuda para todos aquellos atletas que hacen calistenia, sin más que acotar, espero que les sea útil y que puedan aprovechar al máximo lo poco que puedo enseñarles. In this video I talk about some tips on the "muscle up" exercise that will be present in the advanced category, however the content of this video can be helpful for all those athletes who do calisthenics, without further ado, I hope you find it useful and that you can make the most of the little I can teach you.
