¡Saludos amigos de #Hive y usuarios de #3speak! Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog, hace unos días, como les comenté en mi anterior publicación, se realizó un evento deportivo de Calistenia y Resistencia al límite, en Maracaibo – estado Zulia, competencia en la cual pude obtener el Primer Lugar en la Categoría Elite. Recientemente les compartí una sesión fotográfica en la que les mostré parte de este logro y un pequeño pedazo de lo que fue el evento, sin embargo, hoy les quiero compartir gran parte de la experiencia mediante un contenido audiovisual que abarca lo que fue el viaje desde mi hogar, el viaje con el equipo de SWC, nuestra llegada, estadía y mi participación en la competencia. Mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina y este contenido es para todos aquellos que me visitan.

Greetings friends of #Hive and users of #3speak! Welcome to my blog, a few days ago, as I told you in my previous post, a Calisthenics and Endurance to the limit sporting event was held in Maracaibo - Zulia state, competition in which I was able to get the First Place in the Elite Category. Recently I shared with you a photo shoot in which I showed you part of this achievement and a small piece of what was the event, however, today I want to share much of the experience through an audiovisual content that covers what was the trip from my home, the trip with the SWC team, our arrival, stay and my participation in the competition. My name is Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina and this content is for all those who visit me.

El inicio de este viaje parte desde el 08 de diciembre, día en el que me trasladé hacia la ciudad de Maracay para encontrarme con el equipo de la comunidad que también viajaría, llegué hasta la casa de @manuelramos y @marlenyaragua para hacer los últimos preparativos y partir todos juntos, @joscar-sw también estaba presente y a los pocos minutos llegaron @alvisorozco, @victorg30 y José Luis, mientras nos unimos para terminar más rápido, solo nos quedaba esperar la llegada de Manuel Ramos, quien venía de buscar las premiaciones en Caracas. Al llegar, ya todos estábamos listos para partir hacia el terminal de Maracay, en donde se encontraba nuestro Narrador Raúl Mijares esperándonos, al estar presente todo el equipo, a las 9 pm aproximadamente, abordaríamos el bus que nos llevaría a nuestro destino, Maracaibo.

The beginning of this trip starts on December 8th, day in which I moved to the city of Maracay to meet with the community team that would also travel, I arrived at the home of @manuelramos and @marlenyaragua to make the final preparations and leave all together, I arrived at @joscar-sw's house and a few minutes later @alvisorozco, @victorg30 and José Luis arrived, while we joined together to finish faster, we only had to wait for the arrival of Manuel Ramos, who was coming from Caracas to pick up the awards. Upon arrival, we were all ready to leave for the Maracay terminal, where our Narrator Raul Mijares was waiting for us, as the whole team was present, at approximately 9 pm, we would board the bus that would take us to our destination, Maracaibo.

Transcurridas unas 13 horas de viaje, ya nos encontrábamos en territorio zuliano, llegamos al terminal de Maracaibo a las 10:10 AM y tomamos un taxi para trasladarnos hacia el Hotel El Paseo, donde nos hospedaríamos y compartiríamos mesa para alimentarnos. Aproximadamente a las 2 PM, tomé una siesta para descansar del viaje. A las 4 PM ya estaba despierto, tomé una ducha y me preparé mentalmente para lo que venía. A las 5 PM pasó el taxi a recogernos y en 10 minutos llegamos al evento, que ya estaba por iniciar la apertura, me dirigí rápidamente hacia @hecatonquirox, principal organizador del evento, para orientarme y recibir indicaciones, me redirigió hacia @atlashv96, quien estaba encargado del proceso de inscripciones y tomó mis datos para participar. Ya todo estaba listo y solo quedaba esperar mi momento. Pude apreciar gran parte de las participaciones de los atletas, tanto de la categoría Amateur, como de la Élite, y solo puedo decir que fue maravilloso ver a tantas personas compartir esta misma pasión, con tanta entrega y determinación, la atmósfera emanaba mucho talento y disciplina.

After about 13 hours of travel, we were already in Zulia territory, we arrived at the Maracaibo terminal at 10:10 AM and took a cab to transfer us to the Hotel El Paseo, where we would stay and share a table to eat. At approximately 2 PM, I took a nap to rest from the trip. By 4 PM I was awake, took a shower and mentally prepared myself for what was to come. At 5 PM the cab came to pick us up and in 10 minutes we arrived at the event, which was about to start the opening, I quickly went to @hecatonquirox, main organizer of the event, to orient me and get directions, he redirected me to @atlashv96, who was in charge of the registration process and took my data to participate. Everything was ready and I just had to wait for my moment. I was able to appreciate most of the participation of the athletes, both Amateur and Elite, and I can only say that it was wonderful to see so many people sharing the same passion, with so much dedication and determination, the atmosphere emanated a lot of talent and discipline.

Al caer la tarde y llegar la noche, ya me encontraba listo para dar lo mejor de mí. El equipo de jueces estaba conformado por 3 jurados, tuve el honor de ser evaluado por @luisarrazola y @lionfit, quienes llevaban el conteo, dictaban los ejercicios y calculaban el tiempo, fue una evaluación impecable, justa y totalmente transparente, en donde había algún error, se corregía, y en donde no, se le daba continuidad a la ejecución. Tuve algunas fallas en las sentadillas, como pueden apreciar, y un poco de descontrol en las dominadas, sin embargo, intenté realizar todos los ejercicios de la manera más limpia posible, tomando en cuenta mis capacidades. El resto es historia, muchas gracias a todos los que me apoyaron, a los que estuvieron atentos, a los que me felicitaron y a los que compartieron conmigo antes de terminar el evento, de verdad aprecio mucho toda esta experiencia que me dejará buenos recuerdos de por vida.

By late afternoon and evening, I was ready to give my best. The team of judges consisted of 3 jurors, I had the honor of being evaluated by @luisarrazola and @lionfit, who kept count, dictated the exercises and calculated the time, it was an impeccable, fair and totally transparent evaluation, where there was a mistake, it was corrected, and where not, it was given continuity to the execution. I had some failures in the squats, as you can see, and a little bit of lack of control in the pull-ups, however, I tried to perform all the exercises in the cleanest way possible, taking into account my capabilities. The rest is history, thank you very much to everyone who supported me, to those who were attentive, to those who congratulated me and to those who shared with me before the end of the event, I really appreciate all this experience that will leave me good memories for life.
