To practice this routine I recommend having an intermediate level of calisthenics to be able to execute the exercises in a correct and controlled way, in this way we will get good results in a short time.
En primer ejercicio estaremos ejecutando lo que son la parada de manos asistidas en la pared, al realizar la parada de manos asistida trataremos de alejar las piernas poco a poco de la pared y cada vez que sintamos que nos caeremos volveremos a pegar las piernas y asi el mayor tiempo posible.
In the first exercise we will be performing the assisted handstand on the wall, when performing the assisted handstand we will try to move our legs away from the wall little by little and every time we feel that we will fall we will stick our legs again and so on for as long as possible.
Para el segundo ejercicio realizaremos lo que son las push up en parada de manos asistidas, realizaremos de 7 10 repeticiones por serie.
For the second exercise we will perform what are the push ups in assisted handstand, we will perform 7 10 repetitions per set.
Para ejecutar nuestro tercer ejercicio realizaremos la parada de manos y trataremos de aguntar el mayor tiempo posible dicho truco estatico, recordemos muñequeo eso nos ayudara mucho a controlar la parada de manos.
To execute our third exercise we will perform the handstand and we will try to hold as long as possible this static trick, remembering the wrist movement that will help us a lot to control the handstand.
