    Saludos querida comunidad de full deportes, feliz de presentar un nuevo video en esta ocasión comparto una excelente rutina para trabajar los femorales desde la comodidad de su hogares, realice mi rutina con apoyo de materiales reciclables como un botellón de agua y gaberas de refresco que dan la función de un step, para facilitar mi rutina y explicar bien los movimiento, realice 4 movimientos sumando un breve calentamiento; esta rutina está enfocado para la parte femoral de la pierna; realice 4 movimientos en 4 series de 20 repetición, así que mis amigos los invito a seguir mi video completo espero que les guste así que comencemos.
