Greetings dear community of full sport, today I have the pleasure to share a cardio routine for beginners; are varied movements that help burn fat, have more mobility and endurance; I worked 5 movements in 4 sets of 20 seconds in each exercise, leaving a rest period of 10 seconds; the movements I performed were: knee raises, lateral jumps, zumba movement, squat with opening and finally coordinated jumps; this cardio routine is excellent to keep the body active full of energy improves heart rate and is fat burner, I invite you to watch this video enjoy this cardio that I lovingly shared without saying more see you in another video.
