    Hola comunidad de full deportes, hoy les he traigo una super serie para entrenar los músculos de las piernas, la cual nos ayudará a ganar mas resistencia en esa zona del músculo.

    1- Sentadillas
    1- Squats
    Es un ejercicio físico que se lleva a cabo para desarrollar los músculos y fortalecer los tendones y los ligamentos de las piernas, consiste en flexionar las rodillas y bajar el cuerpo manteniendo la verticalidad, para luego regresar a una posición erguida.
    It is a physical exercise that is carried out to develop the muscles and strengthen the tendons and ligaments of the legs, it consists of flexing the knees and lowering the body while maintaining verticality, and then returning to an upright position.


    2- Sentadillas explosivas
    2- Explosive squats
    Consiste en la misma mecánica del ejercicio anterior, solo que en este ejercicio se modifica el factor explosividad, ya que deberás subir la sentadilla con una salto.
    It consists of the same mechanics of the previous exercise, only that in this exercise the explosiveness factor is modified, since you will have to raise the squat with a jump.

    3- Zancada
    3- Long
    Es una de los ejercicios mas comunes para entrenar la pantorrilla, consiste en ponerte en posición como si fueras a realizar una zancada, y bajar manteniendo la postura y de igual manera subir.
    It is one of the most common exercises to train the calf, it consists of putting yourself in position as if you were going to make a stride, and lower while maintaining the posture and in the same way go up.

    4- Sentadillas con aplausos
    4- Squats with claps
    Consiste en básicamente realizar una sentadilla explosiva, solo que en el momento del salto dar un pequeño aplauso, eso también es para involucrar la parta cardio vascular en el ejercicio mismo.
    It basically consists of performing an explosive squat, only that at the moment of the jump give a small applause, that is also to involve the cardio vascular part in the exercise itself.

    5- Pantorillas
    5- Calf
    Consiste en realizar una sentadilla con una pierna de manera que estés elevado con la pierna que vayas a realizar el movimiento, tratando de activar también el musculo de la pantorrilla en este movimiento.
    It consists of performing a squat with one leg so that you are elevated with the leg that you are going to perform the movement, trying to also activate the calf muscle in this movement.

    6- Salto al banco
    6- Jump to the bank
    Consiste en realizar múltiples sentadillas explosivas pero saltando sobre un objeto con cierta elevación.
    It consists of performing multiple explosive squats but jumping on an object with a certain elevation.
