Primero que nada el tapicero tomó el asiento, le quitó todos los ganchos que llevan las grapas para quitarle el forro al asiento, el forro quedaría libre después de quitarle las grapas.

Todavía hay que hacérselo con mucho cuidado, pues el forro que queríamos a colocar dependía el forro viejo, ya que luego de este proceso teníamos que descoser todo el forro viejo que los patrones de confección y textura tuvieran intactos para copiarlos y replicarlos en la lámina de semi-cuero negro que compre.

Después de coserlo tenía que colocarle el forro al asiento muy presionado, vi que el que estaba haciendo este trabajo tenía que pegar dos extremidades más largas primero para que luego las otras extremidades pudieran tomar forma. Esto lo hizo muy delicadamente, cada pestaña del forro debía doblarse y pegarse a la parte posterior del asiento afincándolo con la pistola compresora que disparaba las grapas y así podía cocer todo el forro en el asiento, lo cual hizo que quedara bastante presionado y bastante lindo.
