    Hola comunidad de Street Workout Community, hoy les traigo una rutina para ir entrenando y optimizando el movimiento denominado impossible dips, el cual es un ejercicio que depende de una gran fuerza en el triceps.
    Hello Street Workout Community, today I bring you a routine to train and optimize the movement called impossible dips, which is an exercise that depends on a great strength in the triceps.

    1- Impossible dips con liga de resistencia
    1- Impossible dips with resistance garter
    En este ejercicio utilizaremos una liga de resistencia para darnos un apoyo extra a la hora de realizar el movimiento y vamos a tratar de tener la menor asistencia posible con la liga.
    In this exercise we will use a resistance band to give us extra support when performing the movement and we will try to have as little assistance as possible with the band.


    2- Fondos rusos
    2- Russian dips
    Aquí la mecánica es hacer la negativa de impossible dips rápido e inclinarte para quedar en una posición que te va a permitir la positiva como una paralela normal.
    Here the mechanics is to do the negative of impossible dips fast and lean to be in a position that will allow you to do the positive as a normal parallel.

    3- Impossible dips a rango parcial
    3- Impossible dips at partial range
    En este caso vamos a simular el movimiento en un 50%, bajando hasta donde podamos, lo ideal serian unos 45*grados.
    In this case we are going to simulate the movement at 50%, going down as far as we can, ideally about 45*degrees.

    4- Negativa + hold en victorian
    4- Negativa + hold in victorian
    Realizaremos una negativa de impossible dips y seguidamente mantendremos la postura de un victoria, activando los triceps y la zona del core.
    We will perform a negative of impossible dips and then maintain the posture of a victory, activating the triceps and core area.


    5- Paralelas
    5- Dips
    Ejercicio de empuje, muy conocido dentro de la calistenia, la manera de ejecución es muy sencilla, consiste en posicionarte en las paralelas y luego subir y bajar de manera controlada para así comenzar las repeticiones.
    Pushing exercise, well known within calisthenics, the way of execution is very simple, it consists of positioning yourself on the parallel lines and then going up and down in a controlled way to start the repetitions.
