Soy Neomar Quintero, les dejo una breve introducción de mi persona como solicitud para ser parte de la comunidad FULL DEPORTES. Soy atleta de Street Workout/Calistenia con más de 5 años de práctica, llenos de esfuerzos y dedicación. Durante todo el tiempo que estuve en este deporte, me he enfocado y especializado más es el aria de fuerza💪🏻.
Quisiera compartirles parte de mis entrenamientos que suelo hacer en la semana, más que todo en los días en que entreno con ejercicios "básicos" o "super series" y gracias al Brother @yeral-diaz supe un poco más sobre la comunidad Full DEPORTES.

I am Neomar Quintero, I leave you a brief introduction of myself as a request to be part of the FULL SPORTS community. I am a Street Workout/Calisthenics athlete with more than 5 years of practice, full of effort and dedication. During all the time I was in this sport, I have focused and specialized more is the aria of force 💪🏻.
I would like to share with you part of my workouts that I usually do during the week, mostly on the days when I train with "basic" or "super series" exercises and thanks to Brother @yeral-diaz I learned a little more about the Full SPORTS community.
