Greetings to all the SWC and Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️💪🏻🎊. Today (March 8, 2024) I celebrate a new year in my life, not content with that I trained this afternoon "only statics" combos, which actually looked decent and thanks to brother Jhonngeiker.P for providing his mobile to record 🙌🏻. I thought I wouldn't be able to do much today, but it was the opposite 😁. One of the things that impresses me is that I had almost no discomfort due to overload or similar, but what did stand out is that in the "full maltese" after the static I was left hurting a little elbow, it may be because I did not stretch well that area of my arm, still nothing that adaptation, reinforcement and constancy does not solve the problem 💪🏻🔥.
