    Greetings dear friends and friends athletes of the Full Deportes In today's workout I'm going to bring you a simple routine with some advanced exercises to improve and strengthen your shoulders.

    • En la rutina de hoy trabajaremos los abdominales, también conocido como la zona del core.

    • El core es una de las zonas mas importantes del cuerpo ya que con ella es con que nos mantenemos estables y donde se encuentra la parte del lumbar.

    • 1er ejercicio: Leg Raises

    • 2do ejercicio: L-Sit

    • 3er ejercicio: Remos

    • Con estos tres ejercicio podemos trabajar perfectamente los abdominales.

    • También puedes hacer esta rutina 3-4 veces a la semana después de tu rutina diara, claro dependiendo de tu nivel de atleta.

    • De 3-4 series estaría bien para trabajar como se debe los abdominales.

    • 3-4 sets would be good to work your abs properly.
