Rutina de Abdominales💪🍫 || Abdominals routine💪🍫

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz lunes. Esperp que su semana haya iniciado excelente, por aca siempre activa con la actividad fisica, sumado a mi reto de 1 burpees mas por sia por supuesto estoy haciendo una rutina adicional, no se hasta cuando pueda hacerlo asi jaja porque cuando vayamos por el dia 200, sera un tanto complicado hacer algo adicional jaja pero bueno., Mientras seguiré compartiendo las rutinas aqui como de costumbre💪💪

Hoy les comparto una rutina para trabajar y fortalecer el area abdominal, NO PARA SACAR LOS CUADRITOS, no no, este post no es publicidad engañosa jeje, para que se noten esos cuadritos hay que bajar muchisimo el porcentaje de grasa, asi que no se engañen pasando 2 horas haciendo abdominales y comencemos a cuidar lo que comemos!! Sin mas que decir, espero que disfruten de la rutina💪

Today I share with you a routine to work and strengthen the abdominal area, NOT TO GET THE SQUARES, no no, this post is not misleading advertising hehe, to notice those squares you have to lower a lot the percentage of fat, so do not be fooled spending 2 hours doing crunches and let's start to take care of what we eat!!!
