Buenas buenas amigos de @fulldeportes un gusto iniciar la semana por ac谩, un poco inactiva por problemitas de salud, incomodidades con un brazo, pero hoy dije "BASTAAA, NECESITO ENTRENAR" y para no usar mucho el tren superior decid铆 hacer esta rutina del inferior que les comparto ac谩 馃挭馃挭
Vamos a hacer 4 series en total, descansando 30 segundos entre cada ejercicio, que por cierto, el segundo es SUPER exigente jaja 馃槅 yo estaba muriendo y sent铆a que estaba casi pegada al suelo, y resulta que me mov铆a poco jajajaja un as铆 la tensi贸n en mis cu谩driceps fue increible, pero poco a poco iremos bajando mas, claro o que si馃挭馃挭 la idea es no dejarse vencer por las excusas vamos todo por la mejor versi贸n

Good morning friends of @fulldeportes a pleasure to start the week here, a little inactive due to health problems, discomfort with an arm, but today I said "BASTAAAAA, I NEED TO TRAIN" and to not use much upper body I decided to do this lower body routine that I share here 馃挭馃挭
We are going to do 4 sets in total, resting 30 seconds between each exercise, which by the way, the second one is SUPER demanding haha 馃槅 I was dying and felt like I was almost glued to the ground, and it turns out that I was moving little hahahahaha a so the tension in my quads was incredible, but little by little we will go down more, of course or that if馃挭馃挭馃挭 the idea is not to be defeated by excuses let's go all out for the best version.
