    Apta para celíacos, diabéticos e intolerantes a la lactosa.
    Ingredientes:
    -4 patatas medianas
    -1/2 cebolla
    -1 cucharada de agua (opcional)
    -4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
    -225 gr de tofu firme
    -1 cucharada de maicena
    -1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
    -sal al gusto
    Tiempo de cocción: 20-30 min.
