Hola mis amigos de #hive y de la comunidad de SWC, Yo @joscar-sw. En esta oportunidad les compartiré una nueva rutina para entrar el front lever, en esta rutina nos enfocaremos solamente los ejercicios específicos del front lever, en diferentes progresiones.
Hello my friends from #hive and the SWC community, Yo @joscar-sw. In this opportunity I will share with you a new routine to enter the front lever, in this routine we will focus only the specific exercises of the front lever, in different progressions.
Esta rutina, como les comenté, solo son ejercicios específicos, los cuales son 8 ejercicios, que nos ayudarán a dominar un poco más el front lever. Los estuve realizando y todavía algunos me cuestan, pero de eso se trata de que no sea fácil, que solo entrenando fuerte lograremos mejorar cada vez más.
This routine, as I mentioned, are only specific exercises, which are 8 exercises, which will help us to master a little more the front lever. I've been doing them and still some of them are difficult, but that's not easy, and only by training hard we will be able to improve more and more.
En el primer ejercicio, si no desean ejecutar los dos Mucle-up, está bien, lo más importante es marcar nuestro front lever y mantenerlo lo más que se pueda. Tengamos siempre en mente que debemos efectuar los ejercicios ala progresión que tengamos y así hacerlo de la manera correcta, ya que siempre es más valioso la calidad que la cantidad.
In the first exercise, if you don't want to perform the two loop-ups, that's fine, the most important thing is to mark our front lever and keep it as long as possible. Let's always keep in mind that we must perform the exercises according to the progression we have and do it in the right way, since quality is always more valuable than quantity.
