Hola mis amigos de #HIVE y a la comunidad de #SWC espero estén superbién, mi nombre es Joscar mundo, les mando un fuerte abrazo, este nuevo post les comparto mi entrenamiento de plancha y algunos ejercicios para trabajar el hombro, mi rutina puede considerarse como de nivel medio intermedio, pero aun así es un entrenamiento fuerte bueno para es así.
Hello my friends of #HIVE and the community of #SWC I hope you are super well, my name is Joscar world, I send you a big hug, this new post I share with you my plank workout and some exercises to work the shoulder, my routine can be considered as a medium intermediate level, but still is a strong workout good for me.
Esta rutina consta de tan solo 6 ejercicios, los cuales trabajamos al principio ejercicios específicos para la plancha, y al final dos ejercicios para trabajar los hombros.
This routine consists of only 6 exercises, which we work at the beginning specific exercises for the plank, and at the end two exercises to work the shoulders.
