This day I only wanted to focus on my buttocks, I like that muscle a lot and I wanted to start there, the truth is that they were activation exercises to avoid pain since I find it very uncomfortable for my day to day, I want to increase the exercises in terms of Difficulty and intensity, to have more optimal results to continue with the desire to train my lower body, I always try to adapt to training with very short breaks to have some resistance and since I always warm up for about 10 minutes of jumping with a jump rope. Let's not say that I am a beginner in leg since I have some strength thanks to training with the rope and the bicycle.
A la hora de entrenar pierna primero priorizo que esté comiendo proteínas para asegurar el crecimiento de ellas, de una form tranquila, soy alguien que recorre tramos largos en bicicleta, y me gusta saltar la cuerda, por ende tengo una fuerza base en mis piernas y trabajo la flexibilidad de ellas en exceso, pero no tengo piernas muy formadas, ya que solo hago piernas una vez cada dos semanas por flojera la verdad, pero quiero empezar con estos ejercicios para trabajar las piernas de forma específica y los glúteos de forma constante.
When it comes to training my legs, I first prioritize eating protein to ensure their growth, in a calm way, I am someone who travels long distances on a bicycle, and I like to jump rope, therefore I have a base strength in my legs and I work their flexibility excessively, but I don't have very shaped legs, since I only do legs once every two weeks due to laziness, but I want to start with these exercises to work the legs specifically and the buttocks constantly.
