Como estan amigos de Hive y streetworkoutcomunity!! hoy les traigo un poco de lo que fue mi práctica de trucos dinamicos en jaula, a pesar de que los trucos no son complicados, me gustaron bastante y decidí grabar para mostrarselos a ustedes.

How are you friends of Hive and streetworkoutcomunity! today I bring you a little bit of what was my practice of dynamic tricks in cage, although the tricks are not complicated, I liked them a lot and I decided to record them to show them to you.

En el primer truco se trata de un giro de 180⁰ el cual es de una barra a otra, este truco me pareció muy facil y decidí agregarle un poco mas de dificultad, lo que hice fue agarrar la barra en agarre de tornado para despues realizar un 360⁰, debo confesar que no me salio al primer intento y fue debido a que los primeros intentos caía con muy poco impulso, pero despues de tres intentos logre correjir eso.

In the first trick is a 180⁰ turn which is from one bar to another, this trick seemed very easy and I decided to add a little more difficulty, what I did was to grab the bar in tornado grip and then perform a 360⁰, I must confess that I did not get it at the first attempt and it was because the first attempts fell with very little momentum, but after three attempts I managed to correct that.

En el sugundo truco que intenté fue un giro de 360⁰ de una barra hacia otra, este truco es bastante parecido al 540⁰ en barra fija, solo que por el hecho de caer en la barra que esta en frente pierde 180⁰ menos.

In the second trick I tried was a 360⁰ twist from one bar to another, this trick is quite similar to the 540⁰ on fixed bar, only by landing on the bar in front you lose 180⁰ less.

El tercer truco a pesar de no ser tan dificil me parecio interesante, ya que los trucos de giros que todos nombramos son el 360⁰, 540⁰ hasta 720⁰, pero este truco es poco utilizado ya que solo se puede hacer en jaulas y se trata de el 270⁰, es un truco que tiene 90⁰ menos que el 360⁰, y tiene 90⁰ mas que el 180⁰. La primera vez lo intenté desde la barra mas alta hasta la mas baja, y despues de la barra mas baja hasta la mas alta.

The third trick despite not being so difficult I found it interesting, since the tricks of turns that we all name are the 360⁰, 540⁰ up to 720⁰, but this trick is little used since it can only be done in cages and it is the 270⁰, it is a trick that has 90⁰ less than the 360⁰, and has 90⁰ more than the 180⁰. The first time I tried it from the highest bar to the lowest bar, and then from the lowest bar to the highest bar.
