    Hello my dear Champions of #Hive and SWC this time I have brought you a intermediate level abs routine to to mark and tone our abdomen, Do it with me!

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    La rutina es muy simple, vamos a realizar 8 ejercicios diferentes, 15 reps por cada ejercicio y dejaremos 20 segundos de descanso por cada 2 ejercicios, ésta rutina la debemos realizar 2 veces para mejores resultados
    The routine is very simple, we are going to do 8 different exercises, 15 reps for each exercise and we will rest for 20 seconds for each 2 exercises, We must perform this routine twice for better results.
