    Saludos amigos y amigas de @fulldeportes, les comparto un circuito realizado con mi compañero Gregory, dónde realizamos 6 ejercicios. Podemos realizarlo con mayor rapidez ya que solo 1 es por tiempo y el resto es por repeticiones... Los dejo con el video!
    Greetings friends of @fulldeportes, I share with you a circuit made with my partner Gregory, where we perform 6 exercises. We can do it faster because only 1 is by time and the rest is by repetitions.... I leave you with the video!

    RUTIA / ROUTINE

    ESCALONADAS x20: Realizamos este ejercicios con un conteo de repetición con la pierna izquierda daría un total de 40 repeticiones con ambas.


    SENTADILLAS EXPLOSIVAS x10: Realizamos sentadillas con saltos de manera explosiva para darle mayor enfoque a las pantorrillas.


    SPRING + VUELTA: Vamos a correr desde el punto de partida que estamos a otro con una distancia de 10 metros tocando el suelo y regresamos de igual manera corriendo. Luego de ello al llegar realizamos trote estacionario con toque de rodilla x5 repeticiones.


    BURPEES x10: Los famosos saltos de ranas, lo podemos realizar con la flexión o simplemente bajamos completos y nuevamente subimos con salto explosivos.


    PLANCHA 20seg: El último ejercicio será realizar la plancha estática, dónde damos parte de enfoque a los hombros. Esto nos ayuda a mejorar nuestro core y tener mayor resistencia y fuerza en ello. Adicionalmente lo puede hacer a brazos extendidos, esto les creará un mayor enfoque completo pero requiere de aguantar con todo.

    SCALES x20: We perform this exercise with one repetition count with the left leg for a total of 40 repetitions with both legs.


    EXPLOSIVE SQUATS x10: We perform explosive jumping squats to give more focus to the calves.


    SPRING + RETURN: We are going to run from the starting point that we are to another with a distance of 10 meters touching the ground and return in the same way running. After that when we arrive we perform stationary jogging with knee touch x5 repetitions.


    BURPEES x10: The famous frog jumps, we can do them with the flexion or simply go down full and then go up again with explosive jumps.


    PLANCHA 20sec: The last exercise will be to perform the static plancha, where we give part of the focus to the shoulders. This helps us to improve our core and have more resistance and strength in it. Additionally you can do it with your arms outstretched, this will create a more complete focus but requires you to hold with everything.
