La Baticueva Funcional es el centro de entrenamiento de las candidatas del Certamen y yo su entrenador.

Desde hace 3 semanas las chicas entrenan de lunes a vienes, en poco tiempo han mejorado sus capacidades físicas y tono muscular.

Hoy les traigo video de uno de sus entrenamientos, nuestros implementó son el Trx, las Kettlebell y el peso corporal.

El sábado 26, tendré el honor de elegir a la chica con el mejor cuerpo, para esto tendré presente la asistencia a los entrenamientos y las mejoras que han tenido en cuanto a sus capacidades físicas.
