Saludos a toda la comunidad @aliento.

Mi nombre es Juan Carlos Fuentes, soy entrenador funcional y propietario de La Baticueva Funcional, un Box de TRX ubicado en Venezuela, específicamente en El Tigre, Estado Anzoátegui.

Soy productor y moderador del programa Baticueva Funcional TV, el cual se transmite por Megavisión de lunes a sábados a las 10am.

Los segmentos de mi programa también los estaré publicando.

Soy artista marcial cinturón negro 2do Dan en Karate Do Shotokan y 1er Dan Taekwondo WTF, también he practicado otras artes marciales: Capoeira, Judo, Kung Fu, Karate Libre, Boxeo, etc. Me he especializado en modalidades del Fitness y Entrenamiento: Tae-Tek (Fitness de Combate), Aeróbica, Yoga, TRX, Kettlebell, FTS (Functional Training System), Crosstraining RF y otras. También he realizado muchos talleres en el área deportiva y entrenamiento.

Toda esta preparación me llevo a crear una metodología de entrenamiento híbrida, basada en Hiit y entrenamiento de fuerza, articulando cada una de las disciplinas indicadas. En una sola clase se fusionan todas armónicamente, enriqueciendo el entrenamiento, sin pérdida de tiempo, ni aburrimiento, mejorando todas las valencias físicas para que los participantes estén preparados para cualquier exigencia física y mental, bien sea en la vida diaria, el trabajo, en el deporte y sobre todo en emergencias, supervivencia y catástrofes.

My name is Juan Carlos Fuentes, I am a functional trainer and owner of La Baticueva Functional, a TRX Box located in Venezuela, specifically in El Tigre, Anzoátegui State.

I am a producer and moderator of the program Baticueva Functional TV, which is broadcast on Megavisión from Monday to Saturday at 10am.

I will also be publishing the segments of my program.

I am a 2nd Dan black belt martial artist in Shotokan Karate Do and 1st Dan Taekwondo WTF, I have also practiced other martial arts: Capoeira, Judo, Kung Fu, Free Karate, Boxing, etc. I have specialized in Fitness and Training modalities: Tae-Tek (Combat Fitness), Aerobics, Yoga, TRX, Kettlebell, FTS (Functional Training System), Crosstraining RF and others. I have also done many workshops in the sports and training area.

All this preparation led me to create a hybrid training methodology, based on Hiit and strength training, articulating each of the indicated disciplines. In a single class they all merge harmoniously, enriching the training, without wasting time or boredom, improving all the physical valences so that the participants are prepared for any physical and mental demand, whether in daily life, work, in sports and especially in emergencies, survival and catastrophes.
