    Saludos a toda la comunidad @aliento.

    Hoy les traigo entrenamiento para Triceps, cómo siempre utilizaremos nuestros 3 elementos preferidos: TRX, Autocarga y Kettlebell.

    El circuito es Piramidal para TRX y Autocarga, realizaremos aumento de repeticiones en cada serie, 30, 40 y 50 repeticiones, en cuanto a la Kettlebell; aumentaremos de peso en cada serie.

    Circuito.

    Series: 3.

    1. Trx: Extension de Codos, 30, 40, 50 Rep.

    2. Piso: Lagartija Corazón, 30, 40, 50 Rep .

    3. Paralelas: Fondos, 10 Rep.

    4. Kettlebell: Extension de Codos con Presa de Cadera, 20 Rep.

    Incluye estos patrones en una rutina de cuerpo completo.

    Recuerden realizar acondicionamiento neuromuscular antes del circuito y flexibilidad al finalizar.
