    Saludos a toda la comunidad @aliento.

    Hoy les traigo entrenamiento para el Core específicamente para los Oblicuos, cómo siempre utilizaremos nuestros 3 elementos preferidos: TRX, Autocarga y Kettlebell.

    El circuito es Piramidal para TRX y Autocarga, realizaremos aumento de repeticiones en cada serie, en cuanto a la Kettlebell; aumentaremos de peso en cada serie.

    Circuito.

    Series: 3.

    1. Trx: Encogimiento abdominal para Oblicuos con toque de rodillas, 20, 30, 40 Rep.

    2. Piso: Crunch Boxeador, 20, 30, 40 Rep .

    3. Kettlebell: Unilateral Asimetric Russian Swing, 2 x 10 Rep.

    Incluye estos patrones en una rutina de cuerpo completo.

    Recuerden realizar acondicionamiento neuromuscular antes del circuito y flexibilidad al finalizar.
