    Después de una Larga pausa por exceso de trabajo y enfermedad, ya estoy nuevamente en esta prestigiosa comunidad.

    Les hablaré un poco de la importancia de la Flexibilidad.

    Este video fue grabado en la baticueva funcional mi box de entrenamiento funcional.

    La flexibilidad es una Valencia física tan importante como la fuerza.

    El músculo debe poseer varias características las cuales determinan si realmente estás entrenando de manera adecuada.

    Fuerza, potencia, flexibilidad, resistencia, son algunas de estas características

    Un Músculo flexible ayuda a mantener los rangos articulares correctamente.

    Por el contrario si el músculo se acorta todos tus movimientos se realizarán de manera forzada aumentando las posibilidades de lesiones a nivel muscular y articular.

    Es importante revisar entrenamiento de flexibilidad y movilidad de manera diaria aunque sea cada 15 días.

    Así que si quieres mejorar tus patrones de movimiento tienes que procurar tener un músculo flexible y la movilidad articular natural.
