Trote Colectivo para Michel Brito / Collective Trot for Michel Brito

Saludos a toda la comunidad @aliento.

Antes de contarles lo realizado en el trote colectivo, les comento que fui designado como Presidente del Instituto Municipal del Deporte y la Recreación de Simón Rodríguez (IMDRESIR).

Estoy a cargo de todo el deporte en este municipio, perteneciente al Estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela.

Como Presidente del Instituto, estoy organizando, promocionando y organizando actividades deportivas por todo el municipio, una de ellas es éste trote colectivo que realizamos para recaudar fondos a una corredora que sufrió un accidente de tránsito y requería de ayuda económica para su operación.

Entre IMDRESIR y el club de corredores Cansaos Runners, organizamos esta carrera, se realizaron 2 rutas: 5 Km y 10 Km.

La de 5 Km se realizó en la Avenida Subero, la de 10 Km, fue el recorrido anterior de la Carrera CardioRun, la cual pasa por las avenidas principales de nuestra ciudad.

El punto de encuentro fue el Paseo de la Virgen del Valle, un lugar donde se agrupan gran cantidad de deportistas para practicar varios deportes.

La actividad inició a ls 6:30am, yo estuve a cargo del acondicionamiento Neuromuscular, al culminarlo inmediatamente se dio la partida.

Mi esposa y yo realizamos la ruta de 5 km, la mayoría de los corredores realizaron 10 Km.

Contamos con la ayuda de varios organismos: Convivencia Ciudadana, Tránsito Municipal y Guardia Nacional, los cuales ayudaron a controlar el tránsito y escoltar a los corredores.

Participaron aproximadamente 150 corredores.

El 26 de julio estaremos realizando otra carrera para recaudar fondos para nuestro amigo Angel Bicochea, que sufrió un accidente de tránsito y requiere de nuestra ayuda para su operación.

The meeting point was the Paseo de la Virgen del Valle, a place where a large number of athletes gather to practice various sports.

My wife and I did the 5K route, most of the runners did 10K.

We have the help of various agencies: Citizen Coexistence, Municipal Traffic and National Guard, which helped control traffic and escort the runners.
