    Saludos amigos de #Hive y Street Workout Community, El día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes mi actual rutina de empuje para plancha, una rutina que al menos para mí es demasiado fuerte, tanto así que tuve que cambiar un ejercicio, ya que por los momentos no me creía capaz de terminarlo, que más adelante les estaré explicando al respecto. Es una rutina de nivel avanzado, y que considero muy efectiva para poner a prueba tus hombros al someterlos a tanta carga, sin más nada que decir, vamos con el video.

    Esta rutina va orientada para aquellas personas que necesitan un poco más de fuerza en plancha para llegar hacer las push ups en full planche o straddle planche, e incluso mejorar su hollow y mantener un buen aguante. Esta es una versión de la rutina original, ya que faltaron algunos ejercicios y le hice ciertas modificaciones para terminar de adaptarme en cierto modo, próximamente les traeré la rutina tal cual es.
    This routine is aimed at those people who need a little more strength in the plank to get to push ups in full planche or straddle planche, and even improve their hollow and maintain good stamina. This is a version of the original routine, since some exercises were missing and I made certain modifications to finish adapting in a certain way, soon I will bring you the routine as it is.

    Los primeros 2 ejercicios van en forma de escalera, empezando con 4 series con 6 repeticiones, igualmente el segundo, pero subiendo a 8 repeticiones, cuando mencione antes que tenía que cambiar un ejercicio, ya que no me veía capaz, era el tercero que iba a ser 4 series con 8 repeticiones, pero a duras penas pude terminar la última serie de segundo ejercicio, así que lo reemplace por uno más básico que son las flexiones a pino, seguidamente de 2 ejercicios básicos en la calistenia para finalizar la rutina.
    The first 2 exercises are in the form of a ladder, starting with 4 series with 6 repetitions, likewise the second, but going up to 8 repetitions, when I mentioned before that I had to change an exercise, since I didn't see myself capable of it, it was the third that was going to be 4 series with 8 repetitions, but I could barely finish the last series of the second exercise, so I replaced it with a more basic one, which is handstand push-ups, followed by 2 basic exercises in the calis I had to finish the routine.
