Hello, today I want to surprise you with a cake from my childhood. Back then there was no such thing as discrimination and the names of cakes and pastries were chosen by taste and beauty.
This amazing cake combines the taste of cake with the flavour of chocolate. Probably that's why it's called that.
It is a favourite cake of generations of people from my country Bulgaria. With the passage of time and the discovery of borders and the internet, it turns out that this cake has a very close brother. It is the budget version of the American brownie.
