    ¡Hola queridos amigos de Hive! Es un placer para mí compartirles en esta ocasión, un pequeño set de entrenamiento realizado en barra fija con el fin de mejorar nuestras capacidades atléticas al momento de ejecutar un ejecicio tras otro.
    Hello dear friends of Hive! It is a pleasure for me to share with you on this occasion, a small set of training performed on fixed bar in order to improve our athletic abilities when performing one exercise after another.

    El set que trabajaremos en esta oportunidad es un circuito nivel intermedio, en el que estaremos pasando de un ejercicio a otro para mejorar la velocidad de activación de diferentes fibras musculares, al mismo tiempo que entrenamos la coordinación y control del ejercicio.
    The set we will work on this time is an intermediate level circuit, in which we will be moving from one exercise to another to improve the speed of activation of different muscle fibers, while training coordination and control of the exercise.

    La meta de este set es hacer 3 series con descansos de 2 minutos entre serie. Para finalizar y adquirir una memoria muscular más afinada, ejecutamos una sola serie del "Set plus" y así culmina el entrenamiento.Recuerden que la intensidad de la rutina la pueden ajustar según su condición física.
    The goal of this set is to do 3 sets with 2 minutes rest between sets. To finish and acquire a more refined muscle memory, we execute a single series of the "Set plus" and thus culminates the training, remember that the intensity of the routine can be adjusted according to your physical condition.
