¡Saludos amigos y amigas de Hive! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes parte del trabajo que he venido haciendo con los chicos practicantes de Street Workout y Calistenia, del Municipio José Félix Ribas, junto con mis compañeros de entrenamiento del Municipio José Rafael Revenga, con el propósito de unificar y concentrar un foco de atletas en el Estado Aragua, y con el objetivo de prepararlos a futuro para que se unan al Ecosistema de Hive y la Web 3.0. Este contenido audiovisual puede ser de motivación para aquellos nuevos practicantes de la Calistenia y el Street Workout que quieran adentrarse en este deporte. Mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina y este contenido es para todos.

Greetings friends of Hive! Today I want to share with you part of the work I have been doing with the kids practicing Street Workout and Calisthenics in the Municipality José Félix Ribas, along with my training partners in the Municipality José Rafael Revenga, in order to unify and concentrate a focus of athletes in the State of Aragua, and with the aim of preparing them in the future to join the Hive Ecosystem and Web 3.0. This audiovisual content can be of motivation for those new practitioners of Calisthenics and Street Workout who want to get into this sport. My name is Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina and this content is for everyone.

A continuación, les mostraré algunas tomas de lo que se vivió en esta sesión, éste encuentro lo teníamos pautado semanas antes, pero se atrasó debido a las lluvias, y finalmente tuvimos que cambiar el punto de encuentro a un parque cercano por cuestiones de una lluvia repentina que nos invadió ese día, inundando el espacio de las barras de Ciudad Socialista en La Mora. Habiendo aclarado esto, pocos de los chicos decidieron acompañarnos debido al factor climático, notándose una cantidad reducida de participantes en la 2da sesión de Freestyle, sin embargo, los que permanecimos, continuamos con la actividad planificada. El parque a disposición para recuperar los planes fue el parque de La Pasarela de La Mora, ubicado frente al Terminal de Pasajeros de La Victoria, Estado Aragua – Venezuela. Hoy nos acompañaron 2 atletas quienes fueron los más destacados de la actividad, ellos son Iván Reverón, quien nos ha acompañado en la 1ra Sesión, y un nuevo atleta que se ha incorporado a las actividades llamado Luis Acosta, ambos cuentan con años de experiencia en movimientos dinámicos y nos han sorprendido a todos con la fluidez y facilidad con la que pueden ejecutar los trucos, motivando así a los chicos más nuevos presentes en la sesión, entre ellos Gilbert Ragua, quien por primera vez concretó de manera exitosa el giro 360°.

Next, I will show you some shots of what was experienced in this session, this meeting was scheduled weeks before, but it was delayed due to the rains, and finally we had to change the meeting point to a nearby park due to a sudden rain that invaded us that day, flooding the space of the bars of Ciudad Socialista in La Mora. Having clarified this, few of the kids decided to join us due to the weather factor, noting a reduced number of participants in the 2nd session of Freestyle, however, those who remained, we continued with the planned activity. The park available to recover the plans was the park of La Pasarela de La Mora, located in front of the Passenger Terminal of La Victoria, Aragua State - Venezuela. Today we were accompanied by 2 athletes who were the highlights of the activity, they are Ivan Reveron, who has accompanied us in the 1st Session, and a new athlete who has joined the activities called Luis Acosta, both have years of experience in dynamic movements and have surprised us all with the fluidity and ease with which they can perform the tricks, thus motivating the newer guys present at the session, including Gilbert Ragua, who for the first time successfully completed the 360 ° turn.

Otro de los momentos destacables ha sido la constancia de los más jóvenes, entre ellos, Simón y Ever, quienes poco a poco van mejorando sus habilidades y condición física, bajo la guía y tutela de Iván Reverón, quien les ha enseñado gran parte de las habilidades que nos muestran ahora. Mi compañero de entrenamiento Ángel Burgos también ha adquirido una mayor confianza para adentrarse en el Freestyle y ha practicado mucho el truco llamado Rey Escorpión, representando un reto para él que seguramente superará pronto. En cuanto a mi participación, ha sido bastante limitada debido a la lesión que me acompaña y al proceso de recuperación que estoy atravesando, sin embargo, eso no impidió realizar algunas rondas de Freestyle, en las que practiqué el giro 360° y algunos estáticos no muy demandantes como el Back Lever.

Another highlight has been the perseverance of the younger riders, among them Simón and Ever, who little by little are improving their skills and physical condition, under the guidance and tutelage of Iván Reverón, who has taught them many of the skills they show us now. My training partner Angel Burgos has also gained more confidence to get into Freestyle and has practiced a lot the trick called King Scorpion, representing a challenge for him that he will surely overcome soon. As for my participation, it has been quite limited due to the injury that accompanies me and the recovery process I'm going through, however, that did not prevent me from performing some Freestyle rounds, in which I practiced the 360° turn and some not very demanding static ones like the Back Lever.

El resto de mi participación en la actividad ha sido meramente la producción audiovisual del contenido que aprecian en este momento, trabajo del cual me siento orgulloso y feliz de realizar. De esta manera concluimos con la 2° Edición de Freestyle en el Municipio José Félix Ribas, amigos. a todos los principiantes y nuevos practicantes de este deporte les deseo mucha suerte en su recorrido, y no olviden que la constancia y la disciplina es lo que formará sus capacidades.
