Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Les comparto algunos combos de estáticos que realice este viernes (12 de abril 2024), para serles sinceró, puedo decir que rendí mucho mejor a comparación a estos últimos días de entrenamiento, y es evidente que así fue, con tan solo haber logrado hacer 2 "Full Planche Push Up" en agarre supino, fue suficiente como para darme cuenta de ello; y también los combos en suelo, que esta vez me puse a prueba con las "Full Planche" a puños, que como pudieron haber visto no fueron buenos, al menos no esperaba, pero está bien, lo iré puliendo de a poco al igual que los demás ejercicios ejecutados 💪🏻😁📈.

I share with you some static combos that I did this Friday (April 12, 2024), to be honest, I can say that I performed much better compared to the last few days of training, and it is evident that it was so, with only having managed to do 2 "Full Planche Push Up" in supine grip, it was enough to realize it; and also the floor combos, which this time I tested with the "Full Planche" with fists, which as you could have seen were not good, at least I did not expect, but it's okay, I will polish it little by little as well as the other exercises executed 💪🏻😁📈.
