This is the best video to start your new year with. I believe the beginning of the most people have resolutions to be more in shape. I want to help with that.

This video I'm describing the process in with my talented comedic style that everyone (my mom) says is really cool and I have a shot with.

We start out by objectifying people as soon as possible and progress to insulting gym bros as naive gym members who don't care anything about science. Well, the typical Nigeran gym bro is like that...not naive but cares very little about the science...in my opinion. My hope is that I will be able to get people more interested in the science of bodybuilding.

I'm informed of Decision NG. I am super interested in your health and fitness and I would like to see you live long and prosper. Some people want to gain weight and this can be a wonderful caterlyst for your health and fitness. Even if its because you want to look good or feel good its all good.

Don't run away from the information I'm giving you like the gym bro in this video. Newbie gains is really just initial adaptation phase and it happens to every one when they first get into the gym. (gym bro do you read me over). Newbie Gain is the rapid increase in muscle mass and strength that happens in the first 6 months to a year of lifting weights (when the muscle mummy or gym bro is just being born). 1

It is the first date between the muscle and the weights...
