    Bueno, volví de nuevo a mi rutina diaria, pague la mensualidad del gym y reanude con el cardio y abdomen en casa, espero volver a subir el animo, mi meta es eliminar grasa localizada en la zona lumbar y oblicuos, por lo que es necesario trabajar con rutinas de este estilo al menos tres veces a la semana... Parece que de nuevo empieza a cambiar, al menos pude pasar la mayor parte del día con electricidad para poder redactar y editar tranquilo.

    La dinamica esta vez es diferente, no trabajaremos abdomen con los tipicos ejercicios en el suelo, lo haremos de pie y sin descansar, no vamos a parar de movernos mientras realizamos el circuito, en caso de que te sientas sofocado y quieras parar es mejor que intentes un trote suave en el sitio mientras recuperas fuerzas más no detenerse completamente. Nuestra meta es sudar y quemar calorias.

    Si puedes añadir más de 3 circuitos al entrenamiento estaría muy bien, puedes extenderte incluso a media hora que seria un total de 6 sets, algo que olvide aclarar en el video es que haremos los ejercicios con cronometro marcando un minuto en cada uno de ellos... Por lo cual un set deberia tardar alrededor de 5 minutos.
