Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻♂️🙌🏻.
Arrancando mi semana de entrenamiento con el grupo de ejercicios de "pull Up" (5 de marzo 2024). Para serles sinceros me sentía un poco pesado, pero aun así logré mostrar algo de mejoría en "front lever pull Up", en que logre hacer 17 repeticiones, ósea casi a la cantidad de mi récord personal; "front lever hold" logre 29 segundos y medio (falta poco para los 30 segundos 🙏🏻✊🏻); cada vez más aguantó "front lever one arm", aunque tengo en cuenta que me Hace falta control y una mejor postura ✍🏻; y esta vez no tuve tantos inconvenientes con los antebrazos a la hora de hacer "Hefesto". Por lo que en, general fue bueno el día de inicio de semana de entrenamiento 😁.

Starting my training week with the pull up workout group (March 5, 2024). To be honest I felt a little heavy, but still managed to show some improvement in "front lever pull Up", in which I managed to do 17 repetitions, almost to the amount of my personal record; "front lever hold" I achieved 29 and a half seconds (just short of 30 seconds 🙏🏻✊🏻); front lever one arm" held more and more, although I have in mind that I lack control and a better posture ✍🏻; and this time I didn't have so many problems with the forearms when doing "Hephaestus". So overall, overall it was a good start day of training week 😁.
